This page should never be displayed if your EtherShield is properly installed. You should have been directed to the EtherShield administrative interface on your EtherShield appliance. There are two possible causes for this:

1. Your EtherShield is not correctly wired.
It is important that there is only one network path between the Internet and the computers you want to protect so that all network traffic has to flow across the EtherShield to get to the Internet. The follow illustration shows the most common EtherShield configuration.


2. The filter is not running.
It is possible that the filter has been deactivated on your EtherShield.  In this case you can access the EtherShield administrator interface by the IP address you assigned to the EtherShield during the initial setup.  To access the EtherShield by IP address enter http://<the ip of your EtherShield> into your Internet browser's address bar.
